Claim Help


Theft Claim Process:


The first three steps must be completed within 24 hours of the incident:
1. Call your service provider to report your mobile has been stolen and ensure that the phone is black listed.
2. Call the police to report the crime and obtain a crime reference number
3. Inform your insurance advisor by either:

4. You will then either fill out a claim form online or we will then send you a claim form either by fax, post or email.
5. Fill this form out entirely and return it to us as soon as possible. Once we have received a claim we, aim to have a decision on your claim within 2 working days.
6. If your claim has been approved then we will arrange a new handset for you. This can be picked up at one of our affiliates shop or depending on your location, it may be posted to you.
7. Prior to receiving your new phone you will be responsible for paying an excess fee, which is dependant on the value of your phone at the time of purchase. You may also be responsible at this time for paying the remaining monthly premiums if you are claiming within the first five months.


Repair Claim Process:


1. Please fill out the online repair form and send your phone to: FONESHIELD UK Ltd, PO Box 51724, London, NW1 5ZR
2. Your phone will then be sent to our engineers where they will repair the phone as quickly as possible. If you require a loan phone please be sure to call us so that we can arrange delivery.
3. Once the engineer has repaired your phone you will be contacted. Note: If for some reason the phone is found to be beyond economical repair we will then replace it with a new phone.
