How do I get all my money back?
18 calendar months after the date of purchase, customers paying by
direct debit only are eligible to redeem their paid premiums given they
have made no insurance claims and their account is active and up to
date. Customers must submit their redemption claim within 30 days after
18 calendar months from the date of purchase. This is an ongoing
incentive in the sense that customers are encouraged to continue with
their policy and redeem again in 18 months under the exact above terms. This offer is ONLY applicable to direct customers through FoneShield website.
Redemption claims are only eligible for policies’ inception date March 2007
onwards. Forms are obtained from us by calling our hotline at 0870-068-1120.
